Welcome back from break!
We are kicking off the last trimester with our Spring Fitness Testing. Let’s see how all your hard work has paid off. The goal is try to improve your score from the Fall.
Here is what we have planned for the week:
Monday: Shuttle Run
Tuesday: Height, Weight, Shoulder Flexion (A.M. classes attend Cultural Arts Assembly; P.M. Classes followactivity)
Wednesday: Sit & Reach, Flexed Arm Hang
Thursday: Curl Ups
Friday: No School-Good Friday, Happy Easter
Calling all 7th & *th graders interested in Track & Field!
Interested in joining our no cuts, no tryouts track & field team? Attend an informational meeting Wednesday, 4/4/12 to find out more. Girls will meet in the B-Gym, Boys will meet in the A-Gym.
All students will need a medical permission and concussion form turned in order to begin practicing. Thursday, 4/5/12
